The Enterprise was started in 2017 and incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the year 2022. The business is located in the Ruiru-Eastern Bypass-Kwihota Booster area. The shareholders in the company are Richard Mwangi and Juliet Njeru.

The Mission of the company is to: Effectively utilize the ever-increasing organic waste materials through composting and microbial fermentation to generate organic fertilizers for farmers to replenish soil fertility and improve crop yields in a cyclic and sound agroecological system.
