By that time, Indomie was already popular in many regions around the country. In 2014, the factory commenced its first commercial production in Mombasa, employing over 150 employees making Indomie production in Kenya more self-sufficient. Sawake officially became a manufacturing company in 2014 upon the establishment of the noodle factory. Currently, the presence of Indomie in Kenya has already reached Kisumu, Eldoret, Mt. Kenya regions, Nakuru, Kisii and Eastern regions. Indomie is also widely distributed in Tanzania and Uganda.

Jufra Food Processors Ltd is involved in value addition, mainly of traditional grains such as Sorghums, Millets, Finger-millets and Amaranth. Jufra provides the market for grains grown and aggregated by small holder farmers in arid and semi-arid (ASAL) areas of Eastern Kenya; value adds them into high quality flours which give the end consumers nutritious benefits. This creates wealth and food security for small holder farmers, as well as brings safe, high quality natural foods that provide optimal nutrition to the consumers.
